Larry Bloomfield

Larry Bloomfield, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Android Industries since August 2020, previously holding positions as Total Rewards Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience at Central Transport from March 2003 to April 2020 includes roles such as Sr. Business Analyst, where operational performance reports were created and reviewed, and Manager of Inbound Planning, overseeing daily workloads for over 1000 drivers. Bloomfield also worked as Corporate Development Manager, Terminal Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Regional Employee Relations Manager, achieving significant productivity improvements at the Flint facility. Bloomfield holds a BS in Management from Wayne State University and previously attended Macomb Community College.
