Bella Mestoeva

Bella Mestoeva currently serves as the Executive Director of Total Rewards at Leander ISD, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Performance, Reward, and HR Operations, as well as the Head of Performance and Reward at Commercial Bank of Dubai from October 2018 to July 2021. Bella's professional background also features roles at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where responsibilities included Head of Performance Management and Senior HR Business Partner, and Deputy Head of Compensation and Benefits within Global HR from June 2014 to September 2018. Previous positions at Citi from March 2006 to June 2014 encompassed various roles within the Compensation and Benefits department, culminating in a Vice President title. Bella began a career in human resources at IKEA MOS in 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Arts of Sociology from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, along with professional training from Marcus Evans.
