Karolina Krzysiak

Karolina Krzysiak is a Human Resources professional with experience in various companies. At adroitts, she serves as the Human Resources Director, developing corporate plans for HR matters and supporting the human factor in the company. Previously, at Logical Paradigm, she was the HR Manager executing talent acquisition and retention processes, and at ALLMATIS, she coordinated HR operations and managed recruiting processes. Krzysiak holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
