Benjamin Lambert

Benjamin Lambert is a skilled professional with a solid background in process engineering and production management. Currently employed at ANDROS since October 2019, Benjamin holds the positions of Chef atelier production and ingénieur process, managing the startup of an industrial microwave and a new fresh fruit processing line, while also overseeing a technical laboratory for optical sorting and seed removal. Previous experience includes roles at Pierre Fabre Group, where Benjamin focused on improving performance and ergonomics in cosmetic manufacturing, and at BECOMIX, gaining expertise in automated processes. Earlier positions at Arkema involved optimizing production processes, while initial experience included agricultural work. Benjamin holds an engineering degree from IMT Mines Albi and a DUT in chemical engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
