Fatiha Boussaha

Fatiha Boussaha currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and General Manager of a Business Unit at ANDROS since August 2020. Prior to this role, Fatiha held the position of Global Chief Financial Officer at Délifrance from February 2018 to February 2020, overseeing 750M€ in turnover, 26 subsidiaries, and 3,500 collaborators across 15 factories. Fatiha's extensive experience also includes serving as Head of Treasury and Customer Financing at NUTRIXO from January 2010 to January 2018, Junior Group Treasurer at Grands Moulins de Paris from January 2007 to December 2009, and Credit Manager for France at Délifrance from March 2005 to December 2006. Fatiha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Strategy from Sciences Po, a Master’s degree in Finance from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, and is currently pursuing studies at ESCP Business School.
