Katie Lizotte

Katie Lizotte has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and payroll. Katie began their career at Cole Haan in 1997 as a Payroll Manager and later took on roles as a Retail Labor Analyst and Payroll Supervisor. Katie worked at Cole Haan until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Fairchild as a Payroll Supervisor. In 2017, they joined Idexx Labs as a Payroll Team Lead and HR Analyst III, holding that position until 2019. Since then, they have been working at Androscoggin Bank, first as a Payroll Benefits Administrator from 2020 to 2021, then as a Human Resources Operations Specialist from 2021 to 2022, and currently as an Assistant Vice President and HR Operations Specialist.
