Charles Berolo is a visionary financial and organizational management leader, who comes to ANDRUS with more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit and higher education sector. Charles has solid experience managing and executing all aspects of multiple projects including budget, financial planning, compliance, and administration. Most recently, he served as Associate Dean for Finance at Columbia University, and has held several senior level positions with financial and operational management responsibilities. Charles has an excitement and passion for work at ANDRUS, along with a track record in business analysis and building leadership collaborations.
