Blair Salmon

Blair Salmon is the VP of Ambulatory at Prisma Health. Before joining Prisma Health, they were the Director of Accounting at Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group from May 2016 to October 2020. In their previous role, they were responsible for financial and month-end reporting for over 100 physician practice locations, as well as a consolidated view by clinical department. Blair also led teams to identify weaknesses and potential areas of improvements through efficiency studies. Under their leadership, the organization's close calendar and tracking system was reduced from 14 business days to 5 business days. Additionally, they implemented a new general ledger system (Lawson) that included payroll, accounts payable, supply chain, and general ledger functionality.

Blair Salmon has a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Blair also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
