ANDRUS
Frances Clayton was appointed Director of the ANDRUS Early Learning Center (AELC) in May 2015. She has been with ANDRUS since 2010. Prior to becoming the AELC Director, she was Director of Residential Services on the ANDRUS campus in Yonkers. Frances initially served as a residential social worker, providing individual and group therapy and assistant in program development. Prior to joining ANDRUS, Frances served as the Assistant Director of Camp Green Cove, a girls summer program in North Carolina. Previous experience also includes internships at an elementary school focusing on children with language-based learning needs and at the Children's Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Frances earned her Masters in Social Work at NYU and completed coursework for a Masters in Child Development at Sarah Lawrence College. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia.
