Brad Patterson

Brad Patterson is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Chief Engineer at Anduril Industries since December 2023. Prior to this, Patterson held a prominent role at Northrop Grumman from August 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Department Manager for Flight Sciences, overseeing a team of 100 engineers across various disciplines, and developing the department's vision and strategic initiatives. Patterson also contributed as Assistant Department Manager, focusing on program execution and departmental efficiency. Earlier in their career, from May 2004 to August 2015, Patterson worked at Boeing as a Configuration Design Engineer, where involvement included the conceptual design of military aircraft and leading projects within the Phantom Works division. Brad Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained in 2004.
