Burhan Muzaffar

Burhan Muzaffar is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in vehicle autonomy, robotics, and software engineering across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Vehicle Autonomy and Head of Robotics at Anduril Industries, Burhan oversees innovative projects and engineering teams. Previous roles include Senior Director of Engineering at Aurora, where Burhan led the development of autonomy systems, and Director of Engineering at Uber, focusing on autonomy software safety. Burhan's career also includes leadership positions at United Launch Alliance, Hitachi Vantara, and notable contributions in machine learning and data analysis. Burhan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s degree in Numerical Computation and Algorithm Optimization from the University of Colorado Denver, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
