Chase Johnson

Chase Johnson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of the legal department at Anduril Industries since March 2021, Chase provides strategic legal counsel for contracts and acquisitions. As a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, Chase leads the Marine Innovation Unit's Acquisitions and Contracts branch and has held various leadership roles within the military, including serving as a military judge and trial counsel. Prior legal experience includes working as an attorney at Covington & Burling LLP and clerking for judges on the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Duke University, complemented by a distinguished graduate degree from Marine Corps University.
