Dustin Hicks

Dustin Hicks currently serves as the Director of Altius Growth at Anduril Industries since May 2023 and has held the position of Technical Director and Director of Programs at Odyssey Systems since January 2022. Previously, Dustin was a Senior Acquisition Advisor for the Future Vertical Lift Cross Functional Team at Army Futures Command from January 2019 to December 2021. In 2018, Dustin worked as the Department of the Army Systems Coordinator for the Air Defense and Fires Directorate and served as Deputy Product Manager for Aviation Munition Launchers and Test Sets at the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space from June 2017 to July 2018. Dustin Hicks holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed the Chief Technology Officer Program at The Wharton School.
