Erika Hanson

Erika Hanson is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently at Anduril Industries since September 2019, Erika focuses on solving critical defense problems. Previously, Erika served as a Technical Recruiter at Rival Inc, contributing to the development of a technology platform for live events, and as Partner and Team Lead at RockIT Recruiting, where collaboration with over 100 Bay Area startups facilitated the growth of engineering teams. Prior roles include Technical Recruiter at Mondo, Research Analyst at Glocap Search, and ESL Teacher in South Korea. Erika holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
