Emily Spicer

Emily Spicer has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for the Global Business Recruiting Sourcing COE at Gartner since May 2016. In this role, Emily oversees global recruitment delivery for Gartner's Conference Attendance Sales and Conference Operations business. Prior to this position, Emily held various roles at Aerotek, including Senior Recruiter and Senior Internal Recruiter, from June 2008 to May 2016. Emily began professional career as a Marketing Intern at Meadwestvaco for a year in 2007. Emily holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Dayton, earned between 2004 and 2008.
