John Nelson

John Nelson serves as the C2 Capabilities Lead at Anduril Industries since March 2024. Prior to this, John spent nearly 18 years at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where responsibilities included executive leadership for the Distributed Command and Control Branch, supervising the Cross-Domain Battle Management Group, and leading an Integrated Product Team for Aegis Space Domain Awareness. Earlier, John held the position of Sr. Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Software Development Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a Certificate in Senior Manager Course in National Security Leadership from the Elliott School of International Affairs.
