Lydia Olson-Howe

Lydia Olson-Howe, MBA, currently serves as a Program Analyst at Anduril Industries, beginning in August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as an Air Ramp Agent from November 2020 to August 2025, and at Aerostar International LLC, where Lydia worked as a Program Manager overseeing engineering projects on a $45 million defense contract and ensured coordination between engineering teams and customers. Lydia held various other positions, including Install Project Manager at Prairie Restorations, Inc., and Naturalist Intern at South Dakota Game Fish & Parks. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Innovation from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with an emphasis on Ecology and Environmental Science from Augustana University.
