Megan Welch

Megan Welch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Megan is currently the Head of Operations, Air Dominance & Strike at Anduril Industries, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Operations and held a role in Business Operations at the same company. Megan also worked as a Product Manager at Kelvin Inc., where they led a team to develop and launch a real-time hydraulic fracturing optimization product. Megan had a brief stint in Special Projects at Tap Rock Resources and worked as a Summer Associate at SCF Partners, where they developed a strategy for an internal venture capital arm. In their earlier years, Megan worked at Baker Hughes as an Applications Engineer, Unconventional Completions and as a Design Engineer, Sand Control Completions, managing cross-product line development and mechanical product development, respectively.

Megan Welch has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environment and Resources, with a concentration in Energy from Stanford University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they also hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, acquired during the same time period. Megan completed their undergraduate education at Southern Methodist University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics. Megan also holds a certification as a Private Pilot, obtained in 2012.
