Phillip Ladner

Phillip Ladner is a skilled technician and distiller with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as a Rocket Laboratory Technician at Anduril Industries since January 2024, Phillip previously held significant roles at Cathead Distillery as a distiller from January 2012 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing distillation processes, quality control, and product development. Prior experience includes distilling operations at Stillwater Spirits and winemaking roles at Pahlmeyer LLC, Jericho Canyon Vineyard and Winery, Lewis Cellars, and Spy Valley Wines. Phillip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Mississippi, obtained in 2002.
