Shawn Herrmann

Shawn Herrmann currently serves as Director at Anduril Industries since August 2023 and previously held the position of VP of Future Projects at Blue Force Technologies, Inc. from May 2013 to September 2023, where Shawn managed a diverse portfolio of production programs and R&D projects for large Tier 1 and OEM customers. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead in Structural Design Engineering and New Product Development at Gulfstream Aerospace, where Shawn directed engineering teams for multiple aircraft designs, and various positions focusing on structural design and composites R&D. Shawn began the career as an intern at O'Brien & Gere Inc. and holds a PMBA in Business Administration from Mercer University and a BS in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
