Robert Jan Doorn

Robert Jan Doorn, also known as Dohrn, is an experienced refractory bricklayer currently employed at Gouda Vuurvast and Andus Group, while also working for Refractory Maintenance Service since October 2018. With a comprehensive background in various aspects of masonry, including oven construction and refractory work, Robert Jan spent a notable period learning the trade under the guidance of Gildemeisters with Les Compagnons du Devoir in France. In addition to current roles, Robert Jan holds experience as an all-round bricklayer and tiler across multiple companies since 2015, including HalDu Groep and Tata Steel. Robert Jan's educational credentials include ongoing training as a Refractory Bricklayer and a Bachelor's degree in Building Technology from Fontys Hogeschool.
