Franck Marvel N. currently serves as the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development at ANDY since 2021. Prior to this role, Franck held positions as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer at ROBIC from 2017 to 2021, and as Legal Counsel for Andy Transport from 2015 to 2016, where legal advice was provided to support business operations and manage risks. Franck also worked as an Associate Lawyer in the Business Law Group at McCarthy Tétrault from 2011 to 2015, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate projects. Additionally, Franck served as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Ottawa in March 2017. Franck's educational background includes a Juris Doctor and Licenciate in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa, a Certificate in Introduction to Chinese Law from China University of Political Science and Law, and a DCS in Law and Society from Vanier College. Franck was also a member of the Canadian Junior National American Football Team in 2009.
