Glenn Curth has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and food service industries. Glenn is currently the Director of Operations at Andy's Frozen Custard since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lidl US as the Director of Operations / Sales from 2020 to 2023. During their time at Lidl US, they made significant improvements to the work culture, increased productivity, and improved operational standards, resulting in a boost in sales. Before Lidl US, they worked as the Franchise Director at NORDSEE GmbH from 2017 to 2020 where they successfully managed franchise restaurants across Europe, mitigated risks during the pandemic, and grew the franchise portfolio. Prior to that, they held various roles at Yum! Restaurants International, including Business Development Manager, Franchise Recruitment Manager, and Site Finder. Glenn achieved impressive results in increasing store openings, securing new real estate locations, and breaking sales records. Glenn Curth also gained experience as a Food Service Supervisor at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and as a Hotel Specialist at Schlosshotel Hugenpoet.
Glenn Curth holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management from the IUBH School of Business and Management. The duration of their education is unknown.
