Pavel Kochetkov

Pavel Kochetkov is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data science and engineering. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Anecdote since 2022, Pavel previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager and Applied Research Lead at Wish from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Pavel was Lead Data Scientist at Careem, where leadership of a data science team focused on AI applications for a multi-stakeholder marketplace took place. Additional roles include Data Scientist at Cisco, where research on generative deep learning models was conducted, and founding member of a real-time machine learning news popularity prediction system at Mail.Ru Group. With a solid educational background, Pavel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University and various qualifications in data science and web architecture from Technosphere and Technopark.
