Rima Janusziewicz is an accomplished professional in the field of analytical chemistry, currently serving as Co-Founder of AnelleO since March 2022. Prior experience includes a Research Associate and Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from April 2018 to March 2022, and a Graduate Research Assistant in the DeSimone Group focused on Continuous Liquid Interface Production of porous structures from August 2013 to November 2017. Rima's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2013-2018) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from James Madison University (2009-2013), where also engaged as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Hughey Group. Rima has demonstrated teaching capabilities through tutoring in macroeconomics and general chemistry at the Athletic Performance Center.

AnelleO is developing Anelleo PRO, which is the first 3D printed intravaginal ring to treat a women’s health condition. AnelleO was founded by Rahima Benhabbour, professor at the Eshelman School of Pharmacy and graduate student Rima Janusziewicz from the chemistry department.
