Jacqueline Mainwaring

Jacqueline Mainwaring, PhD, DNP, MS, CRNA, currently serves as the Director of the Nurse Anesthesiology Program and Associate Professor at Wilmington University since August 2024. With extensive experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Anesthesia Services, P.A. since May 1996, Jacqueline has also held various academic roles at Thomas Jefferson University, including Program Director and Assistant Professor from June 2017 to August 2024. Previous nursing experience includes a position as an RN at Christiana Care Health System from January 1990 to November 1993. Jacqueline's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wilmington University, a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Marymount University.
