Katie Sharabati

Katie Sharabati has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Katie is currently serving as the Director of People Strategy & Operations at the Stanford Cancer Institute, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of People Operations at Angaza from October 2019 onward. From 2011 to 2018, Katie worked as the Human Resources Director at the Public Library of Science. Katie also served as the US Human Resources Manager at AXA Rosenberg from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Katie held various roles at SPL WorldGroup, including Director of Global Human Resources Operations, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Organizational Development Specialist. Katie started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Royalmist Pty Ltd, where they worked from 1994 to 1998.

Katie Sharabati has a Master's degree in Training and Organizational Development from Victoria University. Katie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. In addition, they obtained the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II Certification from the American Management Association in September 2009.
