Natacha Ishema is currently the Manager of Customer Experience at Angaza. In this role, Natacha drives outstanding customer success outcomes, manages all customer support activities, and measures the effectiveness of customer experience touchpoints. Prior to this, Natacha worked as a Program Manager at iLabAfrica where Natacha was involved in curriculum development and executive education. Natacha also has experience as a Business Development & Sales representative at Afro Exports Ltd. and as a Junior Website Developer at Zamoya. Natacha holds a Masters degree in Mobile Telecommunication and Innovation from Strathmore University.
