Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Data Solutions at the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana since January 2017, Jessica oversees customer service, helpdesk operations, and inside sales. Prior to this role, Jessica spent a decade at B & MPG Carvers Restaurant, where responsibilities as General Manager included supervision of all daily operations, customer service, payroll, scheduling, inventory, human resources, and sales.
