Nishant Chandra

Nishant Chandra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nishant is currently serving as the SVP Engineering at Angel One, where they are responsible for hiring Data Engineers and Software Engineers and driving the Data Platform charter. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of Yelo, a digital bank focusing on mass market consumers with limited access to formal banking services. Nishant also served as the VP of Engineering at Rupeek, where they built the engineering team, defined the technical vision, and helped scale operations in multiple cities. Before that, they founded Momscurry, an online food ordering platform that delivers nutritionally tracked home-styled meals. Additionally, Nishant has experience as a Chief Software Architect at DevFactory and Principal Engineer at HomeShop18. Nishant began their career as a Senior SDE at Amazon.com and then worked as a Software Developer at Adobe Systems. Nishant's work has been recognized with awards for innovation and valuable ideas.

Nishant Chandra completed their B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Campion School, Bhopal from 1998 to 2000. Nishant'searlier education took place at St Xaviers, Raipur from 1993 to 1998. The degree obtained and field of study are unspecified for both Campion School and St Xaviers.
