Danny Simard

Danny Simard is an experienced property manager and real estate broker with a diverse background spanning various roles in property management and the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company and a Broker Associate at Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co., Danny has previously held positions including Assistant Property Manager at Hines and CIM Group, and Real Estate Broker at HomeQuest Properties, where notable sales achievements were recognized. Additionally, Danny has been involved as a Level 2 Magic: The Gathering Judge at Wizards of the Coast since 2014, and as a skating referee for Angel City Derby since 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
