Mark Manley

Mark Manley is a legal professional with extensive experience in the ski resort industry. Currently serving as General Counsel at Angel Fire Resort since June 2020, Mark previously held the role of Partner at Beall & Manley, LLC from 2011 to June 2020. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated from 2008 to 2011 while trading equity futures and derivatives. Prior to these roles, Mark served as General Counsel at Telluride Ski Resort, where responsibilities included strategic planning, and held the position of Associate General Counsel at Vail Resorts, a publicly traded ski resort. Mark started at Vail Resorts as Mountain Operations Manager, coordinating major events including the World Alpine Ski Championships. Mark holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University.
