Ian Black

Ian Black has a diverse work experience, starting in 2019 as a Student Intern at Imaging Concepts Group, where they successfully created an open-source Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscope. Ian used 3D CAD design and 3D printing to manufacture a fully functioning microscope, and also programmed a Raspberry Pi to run the imaging cameras. Ian then moved on to Angel Guard Ltd in 2020, where they held various roles. Ian started as a New Product Development Pioneer, and later became the New Product Development Pioneer Manager. Currently, they serve as the Product Director at Angel Guard Ltd.

Ian Black attended the University of Glasgow from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a field of study in Physics.
