Mark Lively

Mark is the EVP, Operations and Credit Risk for Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions and has over 27 years of experience in residential lending. He has a proven background in development and implementation of underwriting, quality control policies and procedures in non-agency production directly contributing to cutting edge quality control and fraud prevention measures.

Mark was instrumental in the development and growth of SouthStar Funding from inception to the point where it generated over $700 million in closed loan volume per month through multiple operations centers across the United States. He later served as the SVP of Credit Risk and President of Amerisave Mortgage Corporation.
