Shauna Williams has a strong background in the casino industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Shauna began their career at Cherokee Nation Entertainment in 2004 as a Casino Shift Manager, where they gained extensive knowledge in regulatory and operational aspects of the business. During their time at Cherokee Nation Entertainment, Shauna was responsible for directing and supervising casino floor operations, training staff, and establishing exceptional standards. In 2016, they joined Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort as a Casino Shift Manager, where they continued to oversee operations and ensure seamless business operations throughout the property. Over the years, Shauna advanced within the company and took on roles such as Guest Services Director and Director of Hotel Operations. In their most recent role as Chief People Officer at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort, they have demonstrated their leadership skills and strategic thinking in managing the workforce. Throughout their career, Shauna has consistently prioritized guest service, profitability, and maintaining high standards.
Shauna Williams attended Northeastern State University and studied Business Administration and Management, General.
