Charlie Travers

Charlie Travers has a diverse work experience in the finance and sustainable development sectors. Charlie worked as the Head of Investments - Principal at Angel Ventures, where they managed deal flow and supported startups in securing investments. Charlie also served as an Investment Analyst at the same company, where they conducted due diligence and research analysis for potential portfolio companies. Additionally, they played a key role in creating a methodology to measure the impact of investments on financial, social, and environmental factors. Charlie Travers also founded their own venture called Because | Ropa con Voz. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at UNORCID and as a Project Manager Assistant at Sustainable Management Group, where they established partnerships and applied for grant programs.

Charlie Travers holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Sciences Po. Charlie attained this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Charlie completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Development Economics and International Development from McGill University between 2009 and 2012. Before attending McGill, they studied International Business at Saint Louis University from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Charlie also obtained a certification in International Development from Institut d'Etudes Politiques in June 2014.
