Valeria García has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Valeria started their career at Angel Ventures in 2014 as the Head of Marketing & Comms, where they focused on creating marketing plans, content marketing, brand positioning, and building the AV Community. In 2015, they interned at PwC Mexico as an Onboarding Analyst and Employer Branding intern, where they were responsible for building relationships with universities, defining marketing strategies, and creating social media designs. Valeria then worked as a Social Media Manager at the International Door Association from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, Valeria served as a Judge in the Accelerator Program at MassChallenge Mexico from 2019 to 2021.
Valeria García completed their undergraduate studies from 2011 to 2016 at Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, earning a degree in Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Marketing. In 2013, they also studied Production and Voiceover at MVS Radio, focusing on communication and media studies. Furthermore, in 2014 and 2015, they pursued the teaching of French as a foreign language at Alianza Francesa. Valeria García obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from IAB Spain in July 2016. Additionally, they completed a Professional Voiceover Diploma from MVS Radio, although the specific timing of this certification is unknown.
