Alessandra Pennacchiotti serves as the Global Customer Facing Roles Training & Development Senior Manager at Angelini since January 2020, where responsibilities include planning and implementing global processes and learning solutions for customer-facing roles. Prior to this, Alessandra held various roles at Pfizer from 2004 to 2020, notably as StratCO Academy Project Management Lead and Global Policies and Procedures Training Centre of Excellence Lead, focusing on global learning solutions and compliance training for vast numbers of colleagues. Alessandra's career began in the pharmaceutical field with positions as a Hospital Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, complemented by a solid educational background in pharmacy from La Sapienza University and the University of Salerno, as well as a mastery program from Luiss Business School.
