Alessandro Potenziani has over two decades of experience in IT service management, specializing in SAP infrastructure and cloud transformation. Since January 2004, Alessandro has served as Service Manager at Angelini Industries, overseeing both external and internal service teams while focusing on IT strategic evolution. Prior roles include assisting the Privacy Office with IT-related privacy initiatives and conducting risk analysis based on ISO 27001 standards. Prior experience includes positions as SAP/UNIX System Administrator and SAP Programmer for prominent companies, along with diverse responsibilities in managing system landscapes and infrastructure projects. Alessandro holds a degree in Industrial Technical Education with a specialization in Industrial Informatics from I.T.I.S. H.Hertz Roma.
