Kelly Auguste

Kelly Auguste possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Service Leadership Corps at The Mission Continues since March 2020, Kelly previously held multiple roles including Regional Operations Manager and Senior City Impact Manager. Prior teaching roles include Lead Teacher at VILLA PREPARATORY ACADEMY CORP and Miami-Dade County Public Schools, as well as Teacher at Keys Gate Charter School, all emphasizing the development of safe learning environments and effective classroom management. In addition, Kelly served as President of REDFAM, Inc., advocating for military families and facilitating community resource access in support of service members. Prior to this, Kelly owned and operated Tiny Tots Daycare in Germany, handling all aspects of childcare operations. Kelly holds a Master of Education in Reading Education and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Florida International University.
