Elisa Dimauro

Elisa DiMauro is an experienced professional in talent development and educational leadership, currently serving as the Director of People at AngelList since May 2024. Prior to this role, Elisa held multiple positions at Rent The Runway, including Director and Senior Manager of Talent Development, and engaged as a Public Speaker with Badassery. Elisa's educational leadership experience includes serving as Principal and Assistant Principal at Democracy Prep Public Schools, where notable achievements include high student pass rates and extensive professional development initiatives. Elisa began a career in education as a Teacher with Teach For America, following an earlier role as Operations Coordinator for the 2011 Houston Institute.
