Geneviève Wiedmann-Harland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as a Student-at-Law at Boivin Desbiens Senécal Letendre, s.e.n.c.r.l. Geneviève then moved on to Neptune Technologies & Bioressources in 2012, where they held the position of Student-at-Law. In 2013, Geneviève worked as an Articling Student-at-Law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.

Geneviève joined Gestion Conseil Harland inc. in 2016 and served as the Vice-president of Operations and Legal Affairs till 2019. During this time, they also worked as Legal Counsel at FlipNpik, North America. In the same year, they became a Member of Anges Québec and later took on the role of Investment Coordinator - Innovation and Real Estate. In 2021, they became the Director of Investment Support at Anges Québec.
