Philip Hazeltine

Philip Hazeltine is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in corporate law and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as CEO and co-founder of Néolegal since January 2017, Philip has also held positions as a board member at Anges Québec since September 2019 and as president of Hazeltine Légal from February 2015 to January 2018, focusing on corporate law and tax advisory. Previously, Philip provided strategic counsel for Against Nudity Clothing and contributed to various initiatives within the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal. Education includes a Master's degree in taxation and a law degree from Université de Sherbrooke.
