Clay Gardner

Clay Gardner is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently employed at Angi since May 2022, Clay specializes in technologies such as Scala, Java, Flink, and AWS. Previously, at Prove from January 2021 to April 2022, Clay served as a Technical Lead for the Data Integration Team, managing two reports. At Teikametrics from September 2017 to December 2020, Clay played a pivotal role as a technical lead on a user identity project and focused on developing APIs and enhancing database performance. Earlier experience includes a software engineering position at SPARC and undergraduate research in astrophysics at the College of Charleston, where Clay contributed to imaging exoplanets using the Hubble Space Telescope. Clay holds Bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the College of Charleston.
