Kulesh Shanmugasundaram

Kulesh Shanmugasundaram is the Chief Technology Officer of Angi. Mr. Shanmugasundaram joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company where Mr. Shanmugasundaram was most recently serving as CTO, was acquired by Angi.

Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Shanmugasundaram held multiple engineering leadership roles at Amplify Education where he built products used by millions of students in classrooms nationwide. He obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from NYU. He founded two startups with the backing of DARPA, DoD, and NSF to commercialize his research in network security and digital forensics.

He holds a Ph. D in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University, and is an adjunct professor at NYU.
