Shannon Shaw

Shannon Shaw is the Chief Legal Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Shaw oversees legal and human resources for all brands Prior to assuming this role in March 2019, Ms. Shaw served as the Chief Counsel-Americas for dormakaba Inc, overseeing the company’s legal operations for North America, South America and Mexico. Prior to that, she worked at Angie’s List from 2011 to 2018, starting as General Counsel and continuing as the Chief Legal Officer. She also worked at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2003 to 2011. Ms. Shaw earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University and her JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
