Alan Warfield

Alan Warfield serves as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Landscape Workshop since July 2025. Prior to this role, Warfield held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Mortgage Attorney at Flagstar Bank, where leadership was provided to the Mortgage and Consumer Banking legal team from February 2022 to August 2025. Warfield’s experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Truist Bank, providing legal support to residential mortgage business units, and leading mortgage operations at Branch Banking and Trust Company. Education was obtained from Harvard Law School with a J.D. and Auburn University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
