Kristen Hartmann, SHRM-CP, aPHR has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2010, they started as a student at the University at Albany, where they studied until December 2012.

In 2012, Kristen joined the American Massage Therapy Association as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and has been working in this role since then.

In 2019, they took on a role as a Bartender at McGeary's Irish Pub, where they worked until March 2020.

Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University at Albany, SUNY. In 2008 to 2010, they attended Columbia-Greene Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage.

In addition to their education, Kristen Hartmann has obtained several certifications. Kristen is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), having received this certification from SHRM in July 2023. Kristen also holds a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2022. Further, Kristen is an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certified by HRCI since March 2022.
