Prior to Surgical Specialties, Maura was Director, Human Resources at Pancon Corporation, a global designer and manufacturer of components for the automotive, industrial and appliance industries. Previously, Maura managed Rickney Associates, where she executed retained searches and provided human resources consulting services to medical device and healthcare firms in transition or growth stages. Earlier in Maura’s career she held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Putnam Investments where she managed the internal Executive Search function and supported the wholesale broker/dealer business unit. Maura was also Director, Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, and an AVP at The Boston Company. Maura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business administration from Rollins College.
