Noel Pendon

Head Of Service Excellence at Angkas

Noel Pendon has extensive experience in customer service and service delivery management. Noel started their career as a Subject Matter Expert at TeleTech in 2011 and later took on roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Hybrid - Product Trainer / Nesting Team Lead. In 2015, they joined TTEC as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and eventually became a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of services. Noel then progressed to the role of Senior Service Delivery Manager before joining Angkas in 2023 as the Head of Service Excellence, where they oversee customer service activities and emergency response planning.

Noel Pendon attended Our Lady of Fatima University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory Science. Noel focused their studies on Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, and Technologist.
